Our staff is equipped with all the necessary safety devices, has been trained by qualified personnel outside the company on the measures to be taken in compliance with current legislation and is subjected, like guests, to a temperature check before entering the hotel.

For each guest who leaves, the cabins are disinfected. All major contact surfaces are thoroughly sanitized.

The filters of the air conditioning systems are disinfected for each guest who leaves. The garments are washed with a high temperature process, with the help of powerful oxygen-based bleaches, capable of neutralizing any bacterial load. The facility's water system was further disinfected before reopening.

In the common areas we guarantee the daily and complete sanitization of adequate environments and spaces. All contact surfaces are disinfected several times a day with chlorine-based detergents and denatured ethyl alcohol. The many sanitizer dispensers are at your disposal in the busiest areas.

We kindly ask you to wear a mask when you are in the common areas of the structure.

We invite you to maintain an interpersonal safety distance of 1 meter and to pay attention to the signs posted in various points of the Camping Village.
